The CNC 240's sleek compact size allows it to conveniently fit into your small or mid size lab. Designed to be a desktop mill, each frame is manually loaded for production of high quality Lava™ Restorations.

Lava™ Milling precision

The CNC 240 is a 4-axis desktop mill that easily handles your daily case load. Its cam module controls 3.5 axes and provides high quality Lava™ Restorations-no compromise on precision and fit.

Designed for all Lava™ Frame materials

Built to be a compact and flexible desktop mill, the CNC 240 works with all the Lava™ materials. You simply load one Lava™ Frame at a time-Lava™ Zirconia, Lava™ Wax or the glass ceramic Lava™ DVS Digital Veneering System. You can do it all.

Small footprint saves space

Because it's designed for a workbench, it's easy to fit the CNC 240 in your lab. To save even more desktop space, the sleek PC is mounted to the back of the flat screen monitor.

Dust management

Specially designed to reduce dust and avoid contamination, the Lava™ Frame is enclosed during Milling. The system even connects to your own central dust abatement system or our qualified Lava™ CNC 240 Vacuum Unit.

Automated tool changer

Just add your choice of frame-Lava™ Zirconia, Lava™ Wax or Lava™ Digital Veneering System-and the machine will choose the right tool.
